Do you find yourself scrolling through your phone while waiting in line at the grocery store and continuing to do so while the person at the counter checks you out? Try putting your phone down in the grocery store line. Connect with the person checking you out by making small talk or at least with a smile. I’m sure it will make both of you feel good.
