Start the week off right. When you find yourself mindlessly scrolling through your phone, put down your phone and practice some easy going meditation. All you need to do is close your eyes and concentrate on your breath (for however long or short you want).

Just like exercising with a buddy, a digital detox is more fun with a buddy. You can also share ideas and hold each other accountable. Tell a friend, a family member , co-worker, etc that you are spending less time on technology to focus on health and ask them to join.
